Healthy Workplaces with Donna Adams

Wow it has been a big few months with the Healthy Workplace Program wrapping up.
McLaren Vale Business and Tourism Association were successful in winning a grant provided by Preventative Health SA and administered by South Australian Business Chamber.
As part of this grant Donna Adams Consulting was engaged to provide this program free to our members. The program included:
  • Healthy Workplace Workshop provided in Feb 2024
  • Two Business Leaders Circles provided between Feb 2024 and May 2024
  • Wellbeing & Resilience Workshop provided in May 2024

The feedback from our members was the workshops and circles were extremely valuable supporting business owners and leaders to reflect on wellbeing, mindset, and leadership. Foster healthy workplaces by implementing practical tools and strategies to support sustainable, productive and successful businesses, preventing owner and staff burnout. The opportunity to connect, be supported and accountable has had a massive impact and seen lots of personal and business goals achieved. Well done everyone who took part!

For those who didn’t get to attend any of these events, Donna has created practical resources, workbooks, and checklists that will support you to create and maintain a healthy workplace for yourself and others. You can download free resources here

If you need further support around this important area, please contact Donna on 0435 139 863 or book in for a free 30 minute strategy session available to members through this link
