Thank you to our Members who have already renewed their MVBTA Membership – your support is much appreciated. Our committee is proud to reflect on the achievements of 2020/21 and look forward to a fantastic year ahead with our Members.
Negotiations with Council have resulted in a number of initiatives around making the Main Rd of McLaren Vale more appealing. These include re-doing the landscaping, installing lighting, more artwork and alfresco dining. Great plans are being put into effect over the next five years.
This financial year the process has started and we have achieved:
- The wall mural on the side of the public toilets, and the upgraded landscaping in the area.
- Improving the landscaping at the entrance to the town.
- Replacing the fencing at Chapman Park with something more appealing and appropriate.
- RV Dump Point at the Visitor Centre.
- Repairs to hazards on the footpath throughout the length of McLaren Vale.
